Our clients get a full end-to-end content operation: strategy, scripting, production direction, and QA. We move fast, hold high standards, and are obsessively focused on results. The Role We're looking for a Head of Content & Fulfillment — the person who owns the content operation for our clients end-to-end. Right now, we're the bottleneck. We're writing every strategy, reviewing every video, and making every creative call. That changes with this hire. You will take the wheel on client fulfillment — researching, ideating, directing, and QA-ing — while we step into a high-level review and growth role. This is not a task-follower role. This is an ownership role. We'll tell you once. You execute. What You'll Own • Content strategy for ~10 clients — understanding each client's niche, audience, and goals, and building a monthly content plan around them • Research & ideation — staying ahead of trends, studying top creators in each client's space, identifying what content formats and topics are winning right now • Script direction — using our AI tools and systems to produce script briefs and frameworks; you don't write every word, but you know exactly what the hook, flow, and CTA need to do • Video QA — reviewing final edits from our editors for captions, colors, pacing, formatting, and overall visual quality before anything goes to a client • Client-facing strategy — presenting content plans, explaining the 'why' behind creative decisions, and owning the relationship between our system and client results Who You Are You don't need a checklist to know what good content looks like. You feel it. Here's what that means in practice: • You're a student of the game. You actively follow and study the top creators and marketers in the short-form video space. You know what's working this month, not last year. • You understand the full funnel. You know the difference between top-of-funnel (reach & attention), middle-of-funnel (nurture & trust), and bottom-of-funnel (conversion) content — and you create accordingly. • You understand attention. You know why people stop scrolling, why they keep watching, and what makes them take action. Hooks, pacing, format — these are intuitive to you. • You take ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and fill it. You spot a problem before it becomes one. You manage up, not down. • You communicate fast and clearly. You don't disappear. You send updates before someone asks. You flag blockers early. You're easy to work with. • You're organized under pressure. You can juggle 10 clients, each in different niches, without letting things fall through the cracks. Requirements • Proven experience in short-form video content — TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts (agency or brand-side) • Deep understanding of organic content strategy — not just what to post, but why, for whom, and what result it should drive • Experience reviewing and directing video content (QA, editorial judgment, creative feedback) • Strong knowledge of hooks, content formats, and what makes content perform • Comfortable working with AI tools for research and script production • Strong written and verbal English communication • Available 10am–7pm US hours (timezone overlap required) This Role Is NOT for You If... • Your background is primarily graphic design, Canva work, or AI-generated video — and you've never scripted or directed real people • You need to be walked through every step or trained on what a good hook looks like • You're not actively following and studying content creators and organic marketers right now • You're slow to respond or need frequent check-ins to stay on track • You're looking for a task list to follow — not a business to help grow Nice to Have (Not Required) • Experience with ManyChat or similar DM automation tools • Background in content marketing for service-based businesses or personal brands • Familiarity with lead magnets, CTAs, and organic funnel strategy Compensation & Logistics Pay: $1,000-2,000/month USD Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week — hours tracked Schedule: Must be available 10am–7pm US hours Location: Remote — open to Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe Trial Period: 2-week paid trial before full offer Reports to: Founders of Shoot & Scale Include: • A 60–90 second video (Loom or similar) walking us through a piece of short-form content you're proud of — explain why it works • 2–3 examples of content you've contributed to (links or screenshots) • A one-paragraph answer to this question: What's the difference between a viral video and a bottom-of-funnel conversion video — and when would you use each for a client?
