Head of Content

We’re looking for a Head of Content to help build the personal brand of Viktor Moller (@viktorr) and scale the online presence of VIKST Marketing (@vikstmarketing). This is not a typical content role! We’re not looking for someone whose primary skill is editing videos or managing social media accounts. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands marketing, psychology, storytelling, positioning, and content strategy - and is excited to help build a real brand. Someone who can turn that understanding into ideas, scripts, systems, and content that drives real business growth. 📍 This is a fully remote position. What you’ll be responsible for - Owning and helping build our YouTube strategy (our biggest focus) - Scaling the personal brand of Viktor Møller and the online presence of VIKST Marketing - Developing and executing a content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels - Creating video concepts, content series, and growth initiatives - Writing scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram content, VSLs, ads, and other marketing assets - Building content systems that can scale - Developing hooks, angles, offers, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts - Working closely with Viktor on positioning, branding, and content direction - Staying on top of trends, AI tools, new content formats, and platform changes - Helping turn content into leads, authority, and customers - Coordinating with the team on lead magnets, funnels, landing pages, and marketing initiatives - Extracting knowledge from internal team members and turning it into valuable content Who you are - You are obsessed with marketing, psychology, branding, and content - You love YouTube and understand the power of long-form content - You are strong at scripting and storytelling - You know how to create content that captures and holds attention - You can think strategically, not just execute tasks - You enjoy building systems and improving processes - You are creative, proactive, and resourceful - You take ownership and push projects forward without constant direction - You want to build something meaningful over the long term Requirements - Fluent in English - Strong communication and writing skills - Experience with content strategy, copywriting, scripting, marketing, branding, or a related field - Deep interest in YouTube, content, business, and growth - Experience with cameras, content production, or creative projects is a plus, but not required What we’re building: For the past five years, we’ve focused heavily on execution.
