# Head of AI Growth & Marketing Innovation ## Build the Future of AI Marketing We are building an AI-first company where artificial intelligence is not just another tool it is the foundation of everything we do. This is **not** a traditional marketing position. If your marketing playbook is mainly based on email warm-up, Apollo, Instantly or generic cold outreach, this role is probably not for you. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI. Someone who wakes up excited about new AI releases. Someone who constantly experiments, builds, tests and improves. --- ## Your Mission Your mission is to build and manage our AI-powered marketing ecosystem across multiple ventures. You will be responsible for growing our brands while continuously identifying and integrating the latest AI technologies capable of creating measurable competitive advantages. Google-related marketing (Google Ads, Merchant Center, Channable, Search Console and related Google ecosystem) is already managed internally. Your responsibility is everything else. --- # Core Responsibilities ## AI Growth Strategy Build scalable AI-first marketing systems. Continuously identify new growth opportunities. Think in systems rather than campaigns. --- ## AI Marketing Innovation Continuously discover, test and integrate new AI technologies. Every week you should be evaluating new AI tools capable of improving: * marketing * content * social media * automation * productivity * customer acquisition * conversion * reporting --- ## GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Increase visibility inside: * ChatGPT * Claude * Gemini * Perplexity * Copilot Monitor: * AI citations * AI Share of Voice * Entity visibility * AI discoverability --- ## AI Content Engine Design AI-powered content systems capable of automatically producing and repurposing content across: * LinkedIn * X * Threads * Reddit * Instagram * TikTok * Facebook * Pinterest * YouTube * Blogs * Newsletters One content asset should generate dozens of outputs. --- ## AI Social Media Build AI-assisted systems for: * publishing * trend detection * scheduling * engagement * community growth * analytics --- ## AI-Powered Advertising Understand how AI can improve paid campaigns across: * Meta * TikTok * LinkedIn * Pinterest * Reddit * YouTube This includes: * AI creative generation * AI copywriting * AI audience research * AI campaign optimisation * AI A/B testing * AI reporting --- ## AI Automation Design AI-powered workflows using technologies such as: * n8n * Make * AI Agents * MCP * APIs Automate repetitive marketing processes whenever possible. --- ## AI Research This is one of your most important responsibilities. Every week you should: * discover new AI tools * test them * benchmark them * recommend adoption * present the most valuable discoveries Curiosity is a requirement, not a bonus. --- ## Partnerships Identify opportunities with: * creators * influencers * agencies * software companies * AI communities * technology partners --- ## Team Management Recruit and coordinate specialist freelancers when necessary. Help build an elite AI-first marketing department. --- # The Ideal Candidate You are passionate about AI. You enjoy experimenting. You love discovering new technologies. You build workflows instead of talking about them. You think in systems. You continuously ask yourself: "How can AI do this better?" --- # AI Technologies We Expect You To Know Examples include: ChatGPT Claude Claude Code Gemini Perplexity Cursor Windsurf Lovable Bolt MCP OpenAI APIs n8n Make AI Agents ElevenLabs Flux ...and whatever is released next month. --- # We Are NOT Looking For Traditional Marketing Managers Traditional SEO Consultants Traditional Social Media Managers Cold Email Specialists Email Warm-Up Specialists Google Ads Specialists CRM Administrators We are looking for innovators. --- # Success Metrics You will be evaluated on: * quality of ideas * execution * AI innovation * automation * inbound growth * GEO improvements * authority building * measurable business impact --- # Screening Questions 1. Which 20 AI tools do you currently use every week and how do you use them? 2. Which AI tools discovered during the last 90 days have had the biggest impact on your productivity? 3. Which AI tools do you believe will fundamentally change marketing during the next 12 months? 4. If you had to make a company become one of the most recommended brands inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, how would you approach it? 5. Describe one AI workflow you built that replaced at least 10 hours of manual work every week. 6. During the interview, you will be asked to share your screen and demonstrate three AI tools that you believe every modern marketing team should already be using.
