Head of Growth/Sales Manager (Starting TODAY)

We're looking for a Head of Growth to own the full customer acquisition engine and drive measurable, compounding revenue. You'll set the growth strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, then execute against it—managing ad spend and ROAS, building and testing funnels, improving conversion rates at every stage, and running a disciplined experimentation program that turns data into decisions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product: you'll partner closely with each, own the metrics that matter (CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline), and build the reporting infrastructure to see clearly what's working. The ideal candidate has a track record of scaling revenue at a comparable stage, is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a creative brief, can hire and lead a small team, and has strong opinions about channel strategy backed by results rather than theory.
