Direct Response Creative Strategist for 7-Figure DTC Skincare Brand

We are looking for a highly skilled Direct Response Creative Strategist who knows how to turn customer psychology, skincare insights, and performance data into profitable ad creatives ๐ This role goes far beyond writing scripts. We are looking for someone who can: 1. Analyze ad performance and identify winning patterns 2. Develop new angles, hooks, and concepts consistently 3. Write high-converting scripts and detailed creative briefs 4. Guide video editors and graphic designers 5. Turn customer reviews, survey data, and market insights into ads that sell 6. Continuously improve the creative testing process ๐ ABOUT THE BRAND We are Skynflow, a fast-growing DTC skincare brand focused on anti-aging products for women 40+ in the US market. ๐ฐ In our first 15 months, we generated over $4 million in revenue. ๐ฏ Our goal for 2026 is to reach approximately $8 million in revenue. We have already invested more than $2 million in Meta Ads. This means you will not be starting from zero. You will have access to: * Winning and losing creatives * Extensive ad performance data * Thousands of customer reviews * Customer surveys and feedback * Proven messaging angles * Existing creative systems and workflows At the same time, there is still significant room to improve our creative engine and make a direct impact on growth. ๐ฏ ABOUT THE ROLE Your MISSION is simple: "Develop creative concepts that become profitable ads." Your main responsibility will be creating the strategic thinking behind each creative. This includes: * Identifying the target audience * Understanding customer pain points and desires * Defining emotional triggers * Developing angles and mechanisms * Writing hooks and scripts * Creating detailed briefs * Providing visual references * Extracting learnings from performance data ๐ฅ TEAM STRUCTURE You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with: * Video Editors * Graphic Designers * Media Buyer * Creative Coordinator ๐ WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You will be successful if you consistently: * Deliver high-quality creative briefs * Generate new winning concepts * Increase the percentage of winning creatives * Extract actionable insights from performance data * Collaborate effectively with the team * Help build a scalable creative system โ REQUIREMENTS * At least 1 year of proven experience as a Direct Response Creative Strategist * Strong understanding of Meta Ads creative strategy * At least 1 year of experience working with DTC e-commerce brands ( skincare, beauty, wellness, or supplement ) * Excellent copywriting and briefing skills * Strong analytical thinking * High ownership and accountability * Comfortable using AI tools โญ NICE TO HAVE * Direct Response Copywriting experience * Experience working with high-spend Meta accounts โ WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR โ * Your background is primarily social media management * You have only worked on branding projects without performance accountability * You have only created static ads * Your experience is primarily outside the US e-commerce market ๐ฐ COMPENSATION Competitive fixed monthly compensation based on experience. In addition, we offer performance bonuses based on ad spend generated by winning creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google. The more winning concepts you help produce, the greater your upside. โฐ SCHEDULE * Part-time to start ( 4 hours/day ) * Monday to Friday * Long-term collaboration We provide a structured onboarding process and access to all relevant resources.
