About Us We are an education business helping everyday Australians build a second income and create more freedom through trading and investing. We work primarily with tradies, FIFO workers, business owners, corporate professionals and parents looking to create more options for themselves and their families. We already have: Active communities. Multiple subscription products. High-ticket programs. An established sales team. Paid lead generation. An email database. A Go High Level specialist who handles implementation. We're now looking for a hands-on Fractional Head of Growth to drive customer growth, retention and recurring revenue. The Opportunity This is not a purely strategic role. This is not an execution-only role. We're looking for someone who can operate as a player-coach someone who can develop the strategy, work alongside the team, write campaigns and drive growth initiatives from concept through to execution. You'll work directly with the Founder and collaborate closely with our existing team. What You'll Own Your primary objective is to increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), improve retention and maximise customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for driving the growth strategy across our entire ecosystem. Responsibilities Growth Strategy Develop quarterly growth plans. Identify opportunities to increase MRR. Build ascension pathways across products and services. Develop referral and advocacy programs. Identify opportunities to improve retention and customer experience. Campaign Leadership Own the campaign calendar. Develop promotional concepts and offers. Create webinar campaigns. Design renewal and continuation campaigns. Develop reactivation campaigns for dormant leads and clients. Copy & Messaging Write email campaigns. Develop SMS campaigns. Create nurture sequences. Develop launch messaging and promotional copy. Ensure messaging aligns with our brand voice and customer avatar. Team Collaboration Work closely with our GHL specialist to implement campaigns. Provide clear briefs and instructions for workflows, automations and segmentation. Collaborate with the Founder to develop content ideas. Coordinate with other team members to ensure campaigns are executed effectively. Performance Optimisation Monitor campaign performance. Review open rates, click rates and conversions. Track MRR growth and retention metrics. Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously test and optimise campaigns. What We're Looking For Proven experience growing subscription-based, coaching or education businesses. Strong direct-response copywriting skills. Experience developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of customer journeys and retention strategies. Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. Comfortable working in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments. Strong understanding of Go High Level (implementation experience is a bonus but not essential). This Role Is NOT For You If: You only want to provide advice without execution. You prefer large corporate environments. You require extensive support to get things moving. You aren't comfortable owning outcomes. This Role IS For You If: You enjoy building and improving growth systems. You can think strategically and execute tactically. You love writing campaigns that generate results. You thrive in founder-led businesses. You want to help build something meaningful. Engagement Structure Fractional role. Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially. Remote. Potential to expand based on results. Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by improvements in: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). Customer retention. Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Subscription growth. Revenue generated from lifecycle campaigns. Reactivation of dormant leads and customers.
