Role Overview Jumpspeak is looking for a Content Lead to build the world's best AI-powered language learning curriculum. You will own curriculum strategy, content systems, AI-assisted content creation, quality assurance, and localization across multiple languages. This role sits at the intersection of: Language learning Instructional design AI systems Product We're looking for someone who understands how people actually learn and can leverage AI to scale high-quality educational content. Responsibilities Curriculum Ownership Own curriculum architecture across all CEFR levels Define learning outcomes and progression systems Ensure consistency across lessons, stories, conversations, roleplays, and reviews AI Content Systems Design workflows for AI-generated content Build scalable content production systems Create quality assurance processes Improve content generation prompts and frameworks Learning Design Ensure lessons are engaging, practical, and effective Improve retention and learning outcomes Design learning experiences optimized for speaking confidence Localization Work with translators and language experts Maintain quality across multiple languages Ensure cultural relevance and consistency What We're Looking For 1. Learning Expertise -Background in language learning, instructional design, linguistics, curriculum development, or education technology -Strong understanding of how adults learn languages -Familiarity with CEFR frameworks 2. AI Native -Extensive use of AI tools for content creation -Strong prompt engineering skills -Experience building repeatable AI workflows 3.
