ABOUT THE ROLE We are building the premier AI data solutions provider for high-value verticals. We are seeking a senior leader to architect our GTM strategy and lead the solutioning for our most complex opportunities. This is a hybrid "player-coach" role responsible for shaping our brand as a leader in the AI data services ecosystem and winning enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Deal Leadership: Own the end-to-end solutioning process for high-value AI Training Data deals, from qualification through closure. Architect advanced AI training data solutions, including annotation pipelines, QA frameworks, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, and scalable delivery models for Generative AI, LLMs, and Computer Vision . GTM Strategy & Market Positioning: Shape the GTM strategy by building analyst relationships (Gartner, Forrester), developing strategic partnerships with AI platform providers and cloud vendors, and acting as an AI evangelist through thought leadership content (white papers, webinars, blogs) . Commercial Engineering: Design competitive pricing strategies, margin optimization models, and innovative deal structures that move beyond "per-hour" labor to value-based and subscription-based models . Team Mentorship: Mentor the solutioning and sales teams on AI solution design, deal strategy, and GTM execution . Qualifications 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data services, or enterprise technology consulting. Proven success in leading and winning large-scale solutioning deals with hands-on experience in solution architecture and commercial modeling for AI training data. Deep understanding of the AI lifecycle and the critical role of training data (LLMs, GenAI, Computer Vision, RLHF) . Direct experience in analyst relations, technology partnerships, or product/service marketing . Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI solutions to C-level stakeholders.
