Head of Marketing Strategy and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled marketing manager to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage social media campaigns, and optimize mail marketing efforts. Experience in analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly is essential. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record, we would love to hear from yo Head of Marketing working directly with the owners and a small senior team. Your job is to own our marketing strategy and channel direction. That means setting the plan across paid search, SEO and organic, social, email, and content, directing the in-house marketing and content people on growth work, and managing the external agencies so they deliver against a clear brief rather than running on autopilot. You will work closely with our e-commerce and tracking function, turning attribution and performance data into decisions about where spend and effort should go. You set the direction and hold the channels accountable to it. You will need to get up to speed quickly on a business you have not worked in before. We will give you everything you need, including market analysis, current performance, and the growth plan. We expect the right person to be shaping direction within the first few weeks. This role is for you if you have led marketing for an e-commerce or retail business before and can point to growth you were directly responsible for. You are equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. You can direct agencies and junior marketers with authority, you make decisions from data rather than instinct alone, and you are confident owning a number.
