Hi, we're Ecomflows. We do email marketing for e-commerce brands: 4,000+ stores optimized and $150M+ generated for our clients. A big part of that growth came from partnerships: 55+ communities and partners promote us today, and it's one of our strongest channels. The role in one sentence: you own our partner network, and you make it bigger and more profitable. Some partners send us clients every week, others have been quiet for a while. Nobody is managing this and that's exactly the opportunity: reactivate the quiet ones, close new ones. You'll plan AMA's and Q&A's, organize co-marketing, simplify our partner process, and track exactly which partner brings in what, so we double down on what works. ---- You're probably our person if you: - Have built or managed partner/affiliate programs before and can show the numbers - Know the e-commerce world, so you speak the same language as our partners and their communities - Are fluent in English and a natural relationship builder: charismatic and easy with people - Can help us opening doors and closing deals, in the EU and US ---- Scope: - 24 hours per week but potential to full time - Long-term role - Direct line to the founder ---- Looking forward to your application, you'll get bonus points if you share a Loom with an introduction + how you'd approach your first 30 days. :)
