Head of content for a growing agency

Looking for someone with experience in directing and creating content for a growing agency. We serve clients in the manufacturing, construction, and agricultural space and have a need for someone to start overseeing social media content, coming up with (and keeping accountable) the team for all social media projects we have on the go. Some will be for our own agency and some will be for existing clients. You will need to be very self motivated and highly proficient especially in Facebook/Meta business manager and YouTube. GHL experience also an asset. The ideal candidate: 1. Has an extensive track record of similar work. We are looking for someone who has genuinely moved the needle at other agencies and/or for clients 2. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE MST TIME ZONE, PREFERABLY STARTING AT 8AM. Do not apply if you are in a completely different time zone and can't start around 8 or 9 AM. 3. This position would be 3-4 hours a day to start but could quickly grow into full-time for the right candidate. 4. Must be VERY detail oriented. You will be working alongside the owner and our project manager to drive high volumes of content for our own agency and that of our clients. Only top notch talent please. Especially interested in those with strong experience in video creation/editing and Meta ads management.
