Head of Content & Social Growth Lead We're looking for a Head of Content who can own and scale the entire content ecosystem of our companies. You will be responsible for the content strategy, performance, and execution across: LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube As well as managing all UGC initiatives for: Gentis Wiggli The personal brands of our founders What You'll Do Build and execute the content strategy for each platform Understand trends, algorithms, and best practices across all social channels Analyze performance and optimize based on data Manage content calendars and reporting Coordinate and lead a team of freelancers (video editors, designers, copywriters, creators, etc.) Develop scalable UGC programs with employees, clients, candidates, and creators Turn ideas into content that drives audience growth, engagement, and business impact What We're Looking For Fluent in English and French (mandatory) Proven track record growing audiences on multiple platforms Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Experience managing freelance creative teams Data-driven, organized, and highly proactive Able to build systems, not just create content To Apply Please share: Examples of accounts you've grown Your biggest content success story (with numbers) Why you're the right fit We're looking for someone who can build a high-performing content engine across our brands and founders, not just someone who posts on social media
