About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Talent Sourcer / Headhunter to focus exclusively on identifying, engaging, and attracting top passive talent across a variety of professional roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for talent rather than waiting for applications. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their day conducting outbound outreach, building relationships with high-quality candidates, and generating qualified talent pipelines for our growing recruitment needs. This is a part-time / project based, fully remote opportunity with the potential to transition into additional hours based on performance and business requirements.
