Headshot / Portrait Editor

I'm looking to bring a talented editor onto my team for a long-term collaboration - not a short-term gig. If you're passionate about portrait and headshot editing and want consistent, ongoing work, I'd love to hear from you. I'm specifically seeking a high-end portrait/headshot editor who can consistently deliver clean, polished, editorial-quality work across the following: • Color correction & exposure • Cropping & composition • Minor cleanup • Skin smoothing & blemish removal • Teeth & eye correction • Hair cleanup • Commercial-grade finishing Here's what working together looks like: • Each session includes approximately 20–65 images • Projects come in 2–3 times per week • Turnaround time of 2–3 days per project • My budget is ~$4 per image - please only apply if this rate works for you Brand consistency is everything to me. I'm looking for someone who is open to learning my editing style and adapting to it over time. To kick things off, I'd love to hop on a video call so we can work through the style together, and I can share exactly what I'm looking for. Being able to see your editing process live is important to me - it's the fastest way to align and avoid back-and-forth. A trial edit will be required before we move forward, so I can make sure it's a great fit on both sides.
