Headwear/Hat Designer for Modern Hat Brand

I’m looking for a designer to collaborate on developing a headwear brand targeting a younger audience(18-30 year olds) with a streetwear luxury vibe. At this stage, I’m focused on building a cohesive look and feel for the brand and working with someone who can contribute ideas and direction, and provide a design based on what I am envisioning. Scope includes: * Headwear concepts (caps, snapbacks, etc.) * Visual direction and overall brand feel * Sketches or mockups * Input on styling, details, and overall design approach Open to evolving this into a longer-term working relationship depending on fit.
