Healthcare Business Development & Referral Specialist (Home Care) Position Type: Part-time / Contract Compensation: Up to $200/month + performance-based commissions We are a growing non-medical home care agency seeking an experienced healthcare business development specialist who understands the U.S. healthcare system and referral process. We are looking for someone with experience in home care, home health, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, or healthcare marketing who can help build referral relationships with social workers, case managers, discharge planners, facility directors, hospice organizations, veteran organizations, and other healthcare providers. Responsibilities: * Build and manage healthcare referral relationships. * Conduct B2B outreach through LinkedIn and other professional platforms. * Identify and connect with referral sources. * Create partnerships with healthcare organizations. * Help generate private-pay and other referral opportunities. Qualifications: * Experience in healthcare business development or referral marketing. * Knowledge of home care, home health, nursing facilities, and healthcare referrals. * Familiarity with private pay, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid waivers, and MCOs preferred. * Strong networking and communication skills. Compensation: Starting pay up to $200/month. Additional commissions and increased compensation may be offered based on successful referrals and business growth.
