Healthcare Data Integration Specialist

We're a family wellbeing app (India-first) looking for one-time expert guidance on modeling our health records to healthcare-IT standards, plus one concrete deliverable. We're pull-only — we ingest a user's records, we never push or share data out (no HIP role). This is guidance and advice, not an implementation engagement. Heads up on scope: this isn't ideal for an agency — it's a focused, one-time consult. For an experienced freelancer it's a clean weekend side project. We need help with three things. First, guidance on FHIR R4 modeling for the records we handle (lab results, conditions, medications, encounters, documents) — which resources to use, how to structure them, and what's essential vs. over-engineering for a pull-only app. Second, a sanity check on our terminology approach: LOINC for labs, UCUM for units, SNOMED CT for conditions, ICD-10 for classification. Third, guidance on ABDM integration in the HIU (pull) role — the correct path to create/verify ABHA, request consent, and fetch records from HIPs, and whether to build direct or use an aggregator like Eka Connect (what we'd need to register/certify ourselves vs. what the intermediary covers), plus DPDP and data-residency. The one hands-on deliverable is a LOINC mapping. We'll give you a list of biomarkers (name, unit, specimen) and you return, per biomarker: LOINC code, Long Common Name, omponent/Property/System, UCUM unit, and a confidence flag with notes. Real codes only, validatable against the official LOINC release (please state the version). If there's no clean LOINC for an item, flag it — don't force one. CSV or JSON is fine. Ideal expert: hands-on ABDM/ABHA experience (M1–M3, HIU flows), FHIR R4 in production, and LOINC/SNOMED/UCUM mapping experience. Indian health-IT background a strong plus. Please share a prior ABDM or FHIR project. Deliverables are a short written guidance doc plus one 60-minute call. $200 fixed, one-time, ~3–5 day turnaround.
