Healthcare Local Citations & Directory Specialist Telehealth site

We’re a physician‑led telehealth service, and we’re looking for an experienced local citation and directory specialist to build and clean up our online presence for both the practice and our lead physician. Project Overview You will: 1. Build high‑quality local citations and directory listings for our Telehealth site and our individual physician, where appropriate. Prioritize: 2. Healthcare‑specific / medical directories (telehealth, doctor‑finder sites, medical associations). 3. Core local business listings (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, etc.). 4. Ensure strict NAP and branding consistency across all platforms. 5. Proactively avoid or correct any confusion with other “SwiftCare” / “SwiftMD” urgent care and telehealth brands by carefully selecting categories and descriptions and managing duplicates. Requirements 1. Proven experience creating and cleaning up citations for healthcare businesses (telehealth, clinics, private practices, or physician brands). 2. Strong knowledge of best citation sources for medical and health services, including niche healthcare directories. 3. Experience with manual submissions only (no automated/spam tools), and ability to follow each directory’s guidelines. 4. Solid understanding of local SEO for healthcare (E‑E‑A‑T, medical categories, services, descriptions, provider profiles). Ability to: 1. Find and fix inconsistent/duplicate listings. 2. Verify listings and monitor status until they go live. Deliverables 1. A prioritized target directory list (general + healthcare‑specific) with a brief explanation of why each is valuable for SwiftCareMD. 2. Completed citation building and profile optimization across the approved list. A detailed submission report including: 1. Directory/platform name 2. Listing URL(s) 3. Status (pending / live / duplicate resolved) 4. Login/access credentials where accounts were created 5. Practical recommendations for ongoing citation maintenance and how to keep NAP and branding consistent as we grow. Ongoing Work This is an immediate‑start, one‑time project with potential for ongoing engagement. We anticipate quarterly reviews and updates to ensure our listings remain accurate and our presence continues to improve.
