Title: Healthcare Operations & Client Success Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote) Description: About Us Futurome is a precision health and longevity company focused on helping clients and healthcare professionals navigate complex health, performance, and longevity decisions through a systems biology approach. Our work sits at the intersection of healthcare, education, technology, and client experience. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and helping build systems in a growing healthcare and education company. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who can support client operations, project coordination, and educational initiatives while helping ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. We are in the process of systematizing and automating our two main engines: clinical and content (we are in the midst of launching a peptide education course, with more to come). Initial commitment is approximately 10-15 hours per week with the potential to grow over time. Responsibilities: Client Experience & Operations • Support client onboarding and follow-up • Coordinate appointments and scheduling • Track laboratory orders, results, and follow-up items • Track supplement orders and client action items • Manage client reminders and communications • Help maintain organized client records and workflows Project & Operations Support • Coordinate projects across multiple initiatives • Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables • Organize SOPs, documents, and operational systems • Help improve workflows and processes • Support CRM and administrative activities Education & Content Support • Organize educational content and course assets • Support digital product launches and educational initiatives • Conduct light research and literature organization • Assist with content calendars and project coordination Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, wellness, longevity, client success, healthcare administration, or operations • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Highly responsive and organized • Comfortable working independently • Experience with Google Workspace • Experience with project management tools such as Miro, Notion, Gdrive, Zoom, Canva, etc. • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude is a plus (added plus Perplexity Computer, Obsidian) • Medical, healthcare, nutrition, or healthcare operations experience is a plus but not required What We Value • Ownership • Reliability • Responsiveness • Attention to detail • Continuous learning • Systems thinking • Strong communication Selection Process • Short introductory interview • Paid trial project • Potential long-term contractor relationship for the right candidate To Apply Please tell us: 1.
