Healthcare Outreach Specialist

Clinical Outreach Specialist (Remote | Part-Time | 4-8 hrs/week) We're looking for someone to build referral relationships for a growing telehealth psychiatry practice. You'll research therapists and healthcare practices, find verified contact information, send personalized cold emails, manage follow-ups, maintain a CRM, and nurture long-term referral partnerships. Phone outreach may be required occasionally but isn't the primary focus. Initial CRM & Contact Database Cleanup Before launching outreach, you'll help organize and optimize our existing referral database. This includes reviewing and cleaning contact records, removing duplicate entries, cross-referencing practices across multiple sources, verifying and updating contact information, standardizing formatting, and ensuring our CRM is accurate and ready for ongoing outreach. Strong attention to detail and experience organizing large contact lists are highly valued. Requirements: * 4-8 hours/week to start, with potential for long-term growth * Experience with B2B or healthcare outreach * Cold email and follow-up experience * Strong lead generation and online research skills * CRM experience * Experience with email deliverability, inbox warming, and spam prevention is strongly preferred * Experience building healthcare referral relationships is a major plus Please describe your experience with healthcare outreach, the tools you've used (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Brevo, etc.), and how you ensure cold emails reach the inbox rather than spam.
