Job Posting: Client Success Manager (Remote) Make a Meaningful Impact on Medically Fragile Children & Their Families At Care Star Healthcare, we provide compassionate, in-home nursing care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs, including ventilator and tracheostomy care. We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is more than an administrator you will be a vital source of support, coordination, and calm for the families and caregivers we serve. Your Core Mission: To be the trusted, non-clinical point of contact for 50 assigned families, ensuring their journey with us is seamless, supportive, and well-coordinated. You will use your technical skills to manage cases efficiently, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional service and peace of mind to parents and stability for our clinical teams. You are patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. Is Tech-Savvy & System-Smart: You learn new software quickly and take pride in meticulous digital organization. You will master our core platforms (GoHighLevel, Trello, CallFire) to keep every detail perfect and every family on track. Is a Proactive Problem-Solver: You don’t wait for issues. You coordinate case progress, anticipate needs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks—from collecting medical records to scheduling nursing staff. Thrives in a Structured Role: You excel in a clear, process-driven environment where accuracy and follow-through are critical to patient care and safety. Key Responsibilities: Build supportive relationships through monthly check-in calls with client families. Serve as the primary operational contact for families, nurses, and caregivers. Drive case progression by organizing records, tracking treatment plans, and coordinating staffing logistics. Maintain flawless, audit-ready documentation in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Manage all tasks and deadlines meticulously within our project system (Trello). Requirements: Must have: Exceptional customer service empathy and clear communication skills. Must have: Strong computer and administrative skills; experience with CRMs or task management systems is a plus. Must be: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.   • Staffing Pipeline: Consistent weekly sourcing of qualified candidates into CallFire.
