Healthcare Recruiter Needed –Hiring for Maryland Home Care Agency SRK Care at Home, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter / HR Recruitment Specialist to help us identify, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for our growing home care agency in Maryland. Positions We Need to Recruit * Registered Nurses (RN) * Certified Medication Technicians (CMT) * Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Responsibilities The recruiter will be responsible for: * Finding qualified candidates in Maryland * Posting and managing job advertisements on appropriate platforms * Sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, healthcare job boards, social media, and other effective recruiting channels * Conducting initial candidate screening and interviews * Verifying relevant Maryland licenses/certifications and basic qualifications * Creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates * Coordinating interviews with SRK Care at Home management * Assisting with recruiting and onboarding documentation * Recommending strategies to attract and retain reliable caregivers and nursing staff Preferred Experience We are particularly interested in someone who: * Has proven healthcare recruiting experience * Has recruited RNs, CMTs, CNAs, caregivers, or home-care staff * Understands the Maryland healthcare/home-care employment market * Has experience recruiting for Residential Service Agencies (RSA), home care agencies, home health, assisted living, or similar organizations * Has an established candidate network or knows effective methods for quickly finding qualified Maryland candidates * Has strong communication, screening, and organizational skills Important Please include the following with your proposal: 1. We are looking for someone who can build a long-term recruiting relationship with SRK Care at Home, not simply post job advertisements. Our goal is to establish a reliable pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals as our agency grows.
