About the Role MD at Home is a growing house call physician practice, providing high-quality, cost-effective care to homebound patients through our team of physicians and nurse practitioners. We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter specializing in Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified APPs — including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants — and brings strong recruitment strategy skills along with excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
