About Us Home Helpers Home Care of Fredericksburg is a newly licensed non-medical home care agency serving seniors, veterans, and adults who need assistance remaining safely at home. We are looking for an experienced Home Care Client Intake & Healthcare Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow our agency. This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked with a home care agency, home health agency, hospice, or healthcare staffing company. Responsibilities Client Intake Contact new client referrals immediately Answer questions from families Schedule in-home care assessments Follow up with referral sources Maintain referral pipeline Caregiver Recruiting Recruit caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs and companions Post jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms Screen applicants Conduct phone interviews Coordinate onboarding Operations Update WellSky Personal Care Coordinate schedules Assist with administrative tasks Help maintain excellent customer service Preferred Experience Home Care Agency Home Health Agency Healthcare Staffing WellSky ClearCare AxisCare AlayaCare CareSmartz360 Excellent English is required. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to become a long-term leadership role as the agency grows.
