Healthcare Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator (Remote, U.S.) Hourly: $18–$22/hr (based on experience) | 20–25 hrs/week to start, growing to full-time | Eastern Time hours required About Us We're a growing healthcare company serving senior patients. Our licensed clinical teams travel to patients, and you would be the coordinator who keeps patients scheduled and field staff booked. The Role — One Coordinator, Two Boards You'll run our scheduling operation across two simple platforms (accounts and training provided): Board 1 — Patients: Call patients from our contact lists (warm leads — they asked us to call!) and schedule their visits Offer simple day-and-time-window choices and confirm appointments Organize booked visits in our scheduling platform so field days run smoothly Send confirmation reminders the day before visits Board 2 — Field Staff: Collect and maintain clinical staff availability in our staff scheduling app Match available staff to booked visit days and confirm their shifts Flag coverage gaps to management immediately Daily wrap-up: one short end-of-day numbers report (calls made, patients reached, visits booked). You're a Great Fit If You Have 2+ years in scheduling, dispatch, or appointment-setting (home health, medical office, HVAC/plumbing/field-service dispatch all translate perfectly) A warm, patient, professional phone voice — you'll be speaking with older adults who deserve kindness and clarity Experience with scheduling/dispatch or route-planning software (Connecteam, When I Work, Homebase, Deputy, OptimoRoute, Routific, ServiceTitan, or similar — tell us which!) Strong organization: you keep boards current, nothing slips, and you confirm everything U.S.-based, reliable internet, quiet workspace, available during Eastern business hours Willingness to complete HIPAA training and sign a confidentiality agreement (you'll handle patient contact information — we take privacy seriously and provide the training) Nice to Have Home health, senior care, or medical scheduling background Bilingual (English/Spanish) Hours, Pay & Growth Start at 20–25 hours/week at $18–$22/hr Hours grow with our volume — full-time potential for the right person Long-term role with room to advance To Apply Send a short proposal answering these three questions (applications without them won't be considered): Which scheduling/dispatch/routing platforms have you personally used, and for what kind of operation? Briefly describe a time you juggled BOTH a staff schedule and a customer schedule at once. What Eastern-time hours are you available each week? We reply to qualified applicants within 48 hours.
