Healthcare Staffing Coordinator / Client Management Specialist (CAD/US Market)

We are a growing healthcare staffing agency connecting top-tier nursing professionals with hospitals and long-term care facilities. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sharp Client Management Specialist (CMS) to handle our day-to-day scheduling, account onboarding, and facility relationships. The role involves managing client communications, resolving issues, and enhancing client experience. This role balances a guaranteed monthly base retainer + high-incentive performance commissions. What You Will Do: Shift Coordination: Match incoming shift requests from healthcare facilities with our pool of available healthcare workers (RPNs, RNs, and PSWs). Account Onboarding: Safely transition newly signed facilities from our sales team into active, flawlessly staffed accounts. Relationship Management: Maintain excellent proactive communication with facility managers to maximize client retention and pre-fill shift gaps. Position Requirements: High-speed, reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a fast laptop/PC.Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.Must be highly responsive to handle urgent, last-minute hospital requests. Prior experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or high-volume dispatch scheduling. Compensation Structure (Base Pay + Performance) We believe in rewarding results. Your compensation is structured to provide a guaranteed monthly baseline paired with uncapped earning potential: 1. Monthly Base PayCAD $100 / month guaranteed.Paid monthly for standby availability, CRM data entry/logging, and monitoring urgent facility emails during our operating hours(7.5hrs). 2. Core Commission (The Day-to-Day Earning) +CAD $10 per successful shift coverage (Uncapped) strictly during standard office hours and CAD $20 per successful shift shift coverage (Uncapped) strictly during emergency need/ non office hours . Earned for every individual healthcare worker placed into a completed date and time block.Example: If a hospital requests 3 Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for a night shift, and you successfully book 3 nurses who complete that shift, you earn CAD $30 ($30 x 3). 3. Account Launch Bonus +CAD $50 / account bonus. Awarded when a newly signed facility successfully completes its first week of staffing with zero unexcused agency no-shows. 4. Scale & Retention Milestone CAD $300/ month bonus. Unlocked if you successfully manage a portfolio of 5 clients, provided that every account logs at least 20 completed shifts within that calendar month. This rewards proactive account engagement and client retention. 5. Clear Pathway to Promotion (3-Month Review)Held every 3 months. If you successfully exceed 600 total completed shifts over the quarter, your guaranteed Base Pay permanently increases to CAD $300/month. How to Apply: To be considered, please reply with: 1.
