We are a healthcare-focused company looking for a Senior Technical Architect / Engineer with strong experience in healthcare software, AI systems, and full-stack architecture. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of healthcare domain requirements, especially HIPAA compliance, FHIR integration, EHR/EMR systems, secure patient data handling, healthcare APIs, and scalable cloud architecture. On the technical side, we are looking for someone experienced with NestJS, FastAPI, Next.js, AWS, API architecture, LangGraph, LLM/AI workflows, and production-grade system design. You should be able to review our current architecture, identify risks, recommend improvements, and help us build a secure, scalable, and compliant healthcare management platform. Experience with healthcare AI systems, clinical workflows, data privacy, audit logging, role-based access control, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture is a strong plus.
