Healthcare VA

Hi there! We're a US Telehealth clinic focused on longevity and concierge medicine, and we're looking for a sharp, dependable healthcare VA to become a core part of our small team. This is a long-term role with a founder who values clear communication and treats team members well. Ideally you have medical background as well. **The role at a glance:** - $5-$10/hour, 25 hours/week (~100 hours/month) - Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST - Fully remote, long-term -Monthly bonuses depending if you helped us hit sales goal **A typical day:** You'll be the operational backbone of patient care — coordinating prescription fulfillment with pharmacies, scheduling consultations, responding to patient questions via SMS and the patient portal, and keeping our admin workflows tight. We have SOPs for most things; we need someone who can execute them reliably and flag anything unusual. **You're a great fit if you:** - Have real experience in US healthcare (telehealth, clinic admin, medical assistant, pharmacy tech, billing) — please tell us what - Write and speak English at a near-native level. This is important and will be tested -You present yourself well physically for potential patient zoom calls- confident and comfortable in front of camera - Know your way around EHRs and understand HIPAA basics - Are detail-obsessed (we deal with medications — accuracy matters) - Have stable internet, a quiet workspace, and backup plans for outages - Can manage your own time and ask smart questions when something's unclear **Bonus points for:** - Experience with HRT, peptides, or longevity-focused practices - Comfort with Google Workspace, modern patient portals, etc. **Your application should include:** 1.
