Hebrew OCR & Proofreading for Siddur Creation

We are looking for a freelancer to help convert scanned PDF pages of a historic Hebrew siddur into a fully editable Microsoft Word document. The work includes: Converting scanned Hebrew PDF pages to editable Word using OCR or another method. Carefully proofreading and correcting the Hebrew text. Ensuring all nikud (vowels) are accurate and complete. Preserving the original formatting as closely as practical. Delivering a clean Word document that is ready for editing. Requirements: Native or near-native Hebrew proficiency. Experience proofreading Hebrew texts. Familiarity with Jewish liturgy (siddurim). Knowledge of the Romaniote tradition is a plus, but familiarity with Sephardic prayer books is generally sufficient. Experience with Hebrew OCR tools and Microsoft Word. This is initially a small paid test project (a few pages). If the results are excellent, there is potential for a much larger project involving an entire historic Romaniote siddur.
