Help Build an In-House Facebook Ads + GoHighLevel System

Upwork only. Please do not look up my business or contact me outside of Upwork. I own a residential construction company. Right now all of our work comes from word of mouth and referrals. I am looking for a coach to help me build Facebook and Instagram ads and GoHighLevel inside my own business accounts. I am not looking to outsource marketing or hire an agency to run ads for me. I want to learn how to build, run, track, and improve it in-house, then turn it into SOPs for my company. We will work through recorded Zoom calls while setting everything up together. I will use recordings and AI notes for internal training and reference. I need help with: * Facebook and Instagram ads for residential construction * Offers, targeting, ad creative, lead forms, and follow-up * GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, text/email follow-up, booking, and reporting * Lead qualification so we are not chasing bad-fit jobs * Tracking from ad click to booked estimate to signed contract * Understanding the numbers: cost per lead, booking rate, show rate, close rate, and customer acquisition cost I need someone with real experience getting qualified leads, booked estimates, and signed jobs for GCs, remodelers, ADU builders, deck builders, or similar higher-ticket home-service companies. Can you provide proof such as screenshots, case studies, booked appointments, signed jobs, or revenue? 4. Are you willing to teach through recorded Zoom calls inside my accounts? 5. How many coaching hours do you think it will realistically take to get the first system built, launch the first ads, and teach me enough to run it in-house? I am paying for coaching and real experience to shorten the learning curve, build this into internal SOPs, and eventually hand it off to someone inside my company, not outsource it to an outside agency.
