We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technical Lead to manage our support team and ensure efficient issue resolution. The role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership abilities to drive our team's success. This is a long term opportunity with 40 plus hours per week Monday to Friday from 5:30AM to 2PM PST with 30 minutes for lunch.
