Help me improve my on-camera room lighting

Summary

When using my Logi desktop camera, the lighting in my office is very poor. I look pale and blue. I use ceiling light, have a bedroom window, and a small backlight, but no configurations seem to help. I have also changed the settings on zoom and teams but that does not fix it. I am the person circled in green (see photos). I want to have warmer light like the other people in the image. Can you help me fix this?
