Help with Automations Via Zapier

I run a wellness coaching business and need help finishing a Zapier automation that isn't quite working. The goal: When a lead or client pays through any of our payment gateways, that person's info should automatically flow into our health/client portal — no manual entry. What's involved: Reviewing my current Zap(s) connecting our payment/booking tools (Samcart, GoHighLevel) to our client portal (Practice Better) Diagnosing why leads/payments aren't triggering the automation correctly Fixing the mapping/trigger logic so new leads and payments flow through automatically Testing end-to-end to confirm it's working before we wrap up This is a short, focused engagement — I expect 1-2 hours of hands-on work via screen share or async, not an ongoing project. You should have: Strong hands-on experience with Zapier (multi-step zaps, filters, webhooks) Experience with at least one of: GoHighLevel, Samcart, or Practice Better (or similar CRM/booking/portal tools) Comfort troubleshooting live — I'll walk you through what's happening and need someone who can spot the issue quickly Nice to have: Experience in health/wellness or coaching business tech stacks To apply, briefly describe a similar Zapier integration you've fixed or built, and your availability this week.
