Summary

I'm seeking an experienced construction law attorney to help remove a mechanics' lien filed on my client property. I was the contractor on the house, and a subcontractor who was never authorized, contracted, or communicated with filed the lien. The homeowner never contracted them either, and I have a detailed demand letter drafted by an attorney already sent to the party on May 28 2026. I need help with a legal action to challenge and remove this lien.
