Helpdesk Support Engineer – Web Applications & CMS (MTA HTML5 / AZ-204 Certified Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Engineer to be formally nominated in our proposal for a high-profile government contract with the City of Zagreb, Croatia. This is a long-term, part-time engagement where you will provide technical support and resolve complex frontend and layout issues across a municipal web ecosystem. To satisfy strict public sector compliance and maximize our competitive evaluation score, you must meet the following absolute parameters: Mandatory Certification: You must hold a valid Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA): HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals certification, or an active modern Microsoft equivalent such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert. (A copy of your certificate is required for the formal bid submission). Documented Experience: You must have a clear professional track record executing technical troubleshooting or tier 2 support duties across at least 5 distinct, completed projects.
