Hermes Agent Expert for Multi-Agent AI System Setup Training

I already have a self-hosted Hermes setup running on a Hostinger VPS (Hermes Workspace + Hermes WebUI + OrcaRouter as the primary model router). The infrastructure is already deployed, but I need an expert to help train me on how to best implement the full agentic layer on top of it. The goal is to move beyond simple chat interfaces and build a persistent, multi-agent operating system that can: • Handle complex workflows autonomously • Maintain long-term memory and context across sessions • Make intelligent decisions about which model to use for different tasks • Act as a proactive messaging/reply agent on my behalf • Power a full agent-built CRM and communications automation system I strongly believe in the “rent the engine, own the folder” philosophy — where the real power comes from structured, persistent context (skills, rules, memory, and standards) rather than constantly chasing the newest model. The person I hire should understand and help implement this approach properly. Current Stack • Hermes Agent (v0.16) + Hermes Workspace + Hermes WebUI on Hostinger VPS • OrcaRouter Lite as the primary smart router (with direct provider keys + OpenRouter connected) • Goal is to use OrcaRouter for intelligent 10/80/10 routing (cheap/fast models for most work, high-quality models only when needed) What I Need Help With I’m looking for someone who can work hands-on inside my environment to help train me to setup: 1. Proper multi-agent architecture (org-chart style) on top of Hermes — including planner, executor, judge/evaluator, and specialist agents. 2. Persistent shared memory system (likely Supabase + structured files) so agents can remember and improve over time. 3. Skills & standards layer — turning repeatable work into reusable, versioned skills and clear operating rules (following the “own the folder” approach). 4. Smart routing logic between OrcaRouter presets and OpenRouter Fusion for high-stakes tasks. 5. Proactive messaging / reply agent that can monitor, triage, and respond on my behalf (similar to how advanced personal AI OS systems work). 6. Foundation for an agent-built CRM/automation system (starting from a clean slate, not relying on existing GHL setups). 7. Clean documentation and structure so the system is maintainable and can scale. This is not just prompt engineering or basic chatbot work. I need someone who understands agentic systems, multi-agent coordination, persistent memory architectures, and self-hosted LLM tooling at a deeper level. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Hermes Agent (or very similar self-hosted agent frameworks) • Experience with OrcaRouter, LiteLLM-style routers, building intelligent model routing layers • Understanding of multi-agent systems and “agent OS” style architectures • Comfortable working directly in someone else’s VPS environment (screen sharing + terminal access) • Ability to think in terms of long-term architecture and compounding systems (not just one-off automations) • Clear communication and documentation skills Nice to Have • Experience with Supabase + vector memory for agents • Familiarity with n8n, Make, or similar automation tools • Previous work building personal AI operating systems or autonomous agent teams • Experience with Goldie-style or similar agent hierarchy/playbook approaches
