Hermes Agent for Ad Management Set up - Will hire asap

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to set up a Hermes agent that will manage our ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI and machine learning, and be able to optimize ad performance using these technologies. This is a part-time role over 1 to 3 months, requiring intermediate proficiency. The hermes looks at competitor ads then it will analyze, create creatives, then loads the ads into the business manager. It will take the product URL (our product) look at the actual product page and pull the useful information out. It will do the research part. The agent can find angles and find the winning ads. You will have access to Claude Max and Manus Pro as well as Chatgpt. Please give me a quote for this if the budget is different than your quote, we'll be able to revise the budget.
