About the Project We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable freelancer to help us migrate and set up our marketing and sales infrastructure inside HeyClients (HC). We already have funnels, websites, emails, and automations running in MioWeb and SmartEmailing. Your role will be to recreate, migrate, and optimize these assets within HeyClients. This is not a project that requires creating a strategy from scratch. We already have a working model and templates. We need someone who can efficiently implement and configure everything inside HeyClients (GoHighLevel). Scope of Work 1. Migration . Migrate websites/pages from MioWeb to HeyClients . Migrate contacts and relevant assets from SmartEmailing to HeyClients . Ensure all migrated content functions properly 2. Funnel Setup . Recreate an existing sales and marketing funnel in HeyClients . Configure funnel stages and customer journey steps . Test the complete funnel to ensure proper functionality 3. Website & Landing Page Creation . Build websites and landing pages in HeyClients . Use existing templates and designs as references . Optimize layouts for responsiveness and usability 4. Email Setup . Create email templates in HeyClients based on our existing designs . Configure email sequences and campaigns . Ensure formatting and deliverability best practices 5. Forms & Lead Capture . Create forms and lead capture mechanisms . Connect forms to the appropriate pipelines, workflows, and lists . Test submissions and data flow 6. Automations . Build and configure workflows and automations . Set up lead nurturing sequences . Configure notifications, tagging, and follow-up actions . Test all automation logic end-to-end Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: . Has hands-on experience with HeyClients . Has experience with CRM migrations and funnel implementations . Understands marketing automation and email workflows . Can work independently and proactively identify issues . Has strong attention to detail . Communicates clearly and provides regular updates
