HeyGen AI Video Expert

We're looking for a HeyGen expert to build out a short personalized video for a HubSpot email drip campaign. The creative work is done — we have finished scripts and an avatar already created in HeyGen. We need someone to take it from there and build the actual video workflow. What's needed: - Build the video in HeyGen using our existing avatar and scripts - Set up dynamic/personalized fields that pull data directly from HubSpot contact properties (e.g., name, company, or other custom fields) - Configure the native HeyGen–HubSpot integration so the video renders correctly per contact and is ready to drop into a HubSpot workflow/drip campaign - Test thoroughly across a sample list to confirm personalization tokens render properly before full enrollment Requirements: - Proven hands-on experience building personalized/dynamic videos in HeyGen (please share examples or a portfolio) - Solid working knowledge of HubSpot — contact properties, workflows, and how data fields map into integrations - Experience with the HeyGen-HubSpot native integration specifically (not just general API knowledge) - Clear, fluent English communication — this is essential, as we'll need to collaborate closely and troubleshoot in real time - Detail-oriented and comfortable QA-testing personalization at scale before a send goes live Nice to have: - Experience with email drip/nurture campaign builds Familiarity with rate limits or batch processing considerations for video generation at volume Project scope: - Small, well-defined project — scripts and avatar are ready, this is about technical build and HubSpot integration execution.
