High-End Real Estate Video Editor (Long-Term)

We are FlyVision, a Dutch real estate media company producing property presentations at the highest level for premium clients, including Sotheby's International Realty. We are looking for an expert video editor to join us on a long-term basis. What you will be editing. You will work on our premium property films, including day-to-night sequences. Some videos include AI-generated artist impressions, which you will create with Higgsfield and integrate into the edit. Videos also feature Dutch real estate agents on camera, so clean handling of dialogue scenes is part of the job. How we work. You receive a fully prepared and translated script for every project, the same workflow our current editors use successfully. You will work inside our streamlined company dashboard, so everything runs efficiently and you can focus purely on editing. Speed and accuracy. Delivery preferably within 48 hours, with a hard maximum of three days. We expect a critical eye and zero mistakes. The result should look flawless on first delivery, without feedback rounds. During onboarding we will give feedback to dial in the style, but after roughly three projects we expect first-time-right quality. Communication. We hold a feedback call every two weeks to discuss how things are going and where we can improve, on both sides. You are a fit if you are a true expert in high-end video editing, have experience with luxury or architectural content, and take pride in delivering polished work fast.
