High-End Wedding Photo Editor, Culling & Catalog Manager

We are a wedding photography studio seeking a reliable Photo Editor/Production Assistant for long-term, ongoing work. We shoot high-volume events (multi-camera, 2 shooters) and need an expert to streamline our post-production workflow. Project Scale & Workflow (Per Wedding) Input: 5,000 – 13,000 RAW images per wedding. Output: Culling a selection of 750–1,600 final photos (depending on the client's package and hours of coverage) Turnaround Time: Strict 5- 7-day deadline: 1-2 days for Culling and LR Catalog optimization. 1-3 days for checking and editing after AI to polish photos. Key Responsibilities Sync & Cull: Chronologically sync multi-camera shoots and cull down to the final storytelling selection. Lightroom Optimization: Create/manage LRC catalogs, fix photo order, and generate Smart Previews. Color Correction & Clean-up: Edit, match exposure/white balance across different bodies (cameras) to ensure consistent skin tones, and refine images after our AI editing pass. Requirements Experience with high-volume wedding culling and editing. Mastery of Adobe Lightroom Classic and PhotoMechanic (or similar). Ability to match styles from two different shooters and strictly meet deadlines. High-speed internet for fast catalog transfers. Compensation Budget: $200 – $400 per project (depending on your skills and our volume/package). Ongoing workflow for the right candidate.
