High-End WordPress Designer & Developer for Premium Tech Transport Site (Landing Page + Portal)

About the Project: We are launching a premium tech transport platform in Denmark called Trafigo. We aim for an ultra-clean, modern, and high-end tech aesthetic (think premium Apple minimalism meets urban tech vibes). We want the entire setup built in WordPress using a modern page builder (like Elementor Pro, Bricks, or Divi). What We Have Ready (See Attachment): We already have a high-fidelity visual blueprint and layout for our landing page ready (please see our attached file:). It shows our desired structure, typography, and premium minimalist style. What We Need You to Build (All-in-One Design & WP Development): With a fixed budget of $2,500 USD, we need you to both design the remaining pages and build the functional WordPress site: Landing Page: Implement our layout into a pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive WordPress homepage. Multi-Language Support: Set up the site to support both Danish and English seamlessly (using WPML, Polylang, or similar). Contact & Lead Forms: Sleek, clean contact and registration forms for users and fleet operators. Simple Operator Intranet/Portal: A basic, static dashboard/private area for logged-in fleet operators using standard WordPress membership/user-role plugins (No custom heavy backend programming or live tracking needed – just a clean, structured portal for info and status selection). Requirements: Expert-level experience with WordPress and premium page builders. Strong UI/UX design skills (you must be able to match the clean tech aesthetic shown in our attachment).
