High-Fashion Manufacturer in Vietnam, Turkey, Portugal, or Indonesia

I need help finding a high-fashion manufacturer in Vietnam with a low MOQ (1-50) that is within my budget (max $60 per unit) and able to bring design-forward pieces to life with consistency and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing items similar to (Fancí Club, Schiaparelli, Zara, and Mango) and be able to work closely with me to ensure the designs are executed as envisioned with attention to detail and craftsmanship made to last. I have a sample that can be used as reference for manufacturers to create new samples of to display their capabilities. We are on a short timeline so we are looking for someone that can prioritize this job and help get to production swiftly. We will definitely consider long-term partnership with the right candidate.
