Jettly is seeking an elite, data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to replicate and scale a high-growth social media model inspired by companies like SkyAccess and Amalfi Jets Our goal is to democratize high-ticket services/luxury experiences through highly engaging short-form content, viral hooks, and seamless DM automation. You will own the entire lifecycle of our content pipeline—from trend research and scripting to community cultivation and backend automation. Responsibilities Content Strategy & Scripting: Write viral-focused, high-hook scripts using popular formats such as street interviews, myth-busting, pattern interrupts, and "industry secret" reveals. Video Editing (Short-Form): Edit raw footage into high-retention Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. Utilize punchy text overlays, dynamic pacing, strategic B-roll, and audio transitions. ManyChat & Chatbot Automation: Build, test, and maintain automated DM funnels triggered by comment keywords (e.g., "Comment 'FLY' to get the link") to convert viral traction into direct website traffic. Algorithm & Trend Arbitrage: Monitor social trends daily, quickly adapting successful external hooks and formats to fit our brand identity. Growth Reporting: Track key engagement metrics, viewer retention curves, and DM conversion rates to continuously optimize content performance. Required Experience Proven track record of scaling an Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts account organically (portfolio with analytics required). Advanced proficiency with ManyChat or similar IG/TikTok automation platforms. Mastery of professional editing suites such as CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro, tailored for mobile-first consumption. Deep understanding of short-form retention mechanics, including the first 3-second hook, visual pacing, and strong calls-to-action.
