High-Income Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Remote)

Summary

We are a fast-growing land investment company looking for a highly skilled acquisitions manager / sales closer to help us negotiate and lock up off-market land deals remotely. This is NOT a cold calling role. You will be speaking with warm and qualified seller leads who have already expressed interest in selling their property. We are looking for someone who: * Is confident on the phone * Knows how to build rapport quickly * Can negotiate professionally without sounding pushy * Understands follow-up and persistence * Can handle objections calmly * Loves winning deals This role is ideal for someone with experience in: * Real estate acquisitions * High-ticket sales * Inbound phone sales * Negotiation-heavy closing roles Compensation * $4,000/month base pay * 5% commission on NET assignment fees * Strong performers can earn significant upside Responsibilities * Speak with inbound and qualified seller leads * Build rapport and uncover seller motivation * Make verbal offers * Negotiate pricing and terms * Follow up consistently * Coordinate with our acquisitions/dispositions team * Maintain detailed CRM notes Requirements * Fluent English communication * Strong internet connection * Quiet working environment * Availability during U.S. business hours * Experience handling sales calls independently * Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills To Apply Please submit: 1.
