GoHighLevel Specialist (Healthcare & Wellness) A Better You, LLC regenerative medicine and wellness practice seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help organize, optimize, and grow our patient acquisition and retention systems. We are looking for someone who understands both GoHighLevel and the health/wellness industry and can help turn existing business assets into a streamlined patient journey that increases consultations, conversions, and revenue. Initial focus will be on building and optimizing one service funnel, with opportunities for additional projects as the business grows. Responsibilities: • Audit and organize our current GoHighLevel account • Review and optimize forms, calendars, workflows, and automations • Build and manage lead capture and patient nurturing funnels • Create email and SMS follow-up sequences • Improve consultation booking and show rates • Help organize and leverage existing business assets (website, blogs, lead magnets, social media, email list, etc.) • Improve patient communication, delivery, and retention systems • Streamline operational workflows where appropriate • Track and report key performance metrics Ideal Candidate: • Strong GoHighLevel experience • Experience working with healthcare, wellness, medspa, regenerative medicine, or functional medicine businesses • Understands patient acquisition and customer journey mapping • Can identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented • Able to implement solutions, not just provide advice To Apply: Please provide: • Examples of GoHighLevel accounts or funnels you have built • Relevant healthcare or wellness experience • A brief description of how you would approach improving patient acquisition and retention for a small physician-owned practice • Your pricing structure and availability This is an implementation-focused role.
