About Us Growth All Star is a revenue operations agency that builds and manages GoHighLevel systems for clients across home services, HVAC, healthcare, and more. We run high-volume GHL sub-accounts and need a sharp, reliable specialist to help us keep pipelines clean, leads followed up with, and client operations running smoothly. What You Will Be Doing You will be working directly inside GoHighLevel sub-accounts across multiple clients. Day-to-day tasks include: Following up with leads via SMS, email, and occasionally phone Moving contacts through pipelines and updating stages, tags, and custom fields Setting appointments and confirming them with prospects Doing CRM cleanup including deduplication, contact hygiene, and tag audits Sending invoices and following up on outstanding payments Supporting basic email and SMS campaign sends Flagging workflow issues or broken automations to our team Who We Are Looking For Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required, not just general CRM familiarity Strong written English, bilingual Spanish is a big plus Comfortable handling client-facing communication professionally Detail-oriented and proactive, not someone who waits to be told every step Experience working with a marketing or RevOps agency is preferred Available during US business hours (Central Time preferred) To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: A brief description of your GoHighLevel experience and which features you have worked in most An example of a pipeline or CRM cleanup task you have handled Your availability and typical response time during US business hours Looking for someone who can start quickly and grow with us as we onboard new clients.
