Job Title: GoHighLevel Expert Virtual Assistant (Automation, Funnels, Troubleshooting,Website Design, AI Voice, Scheduling) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with advanced experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) to help build, manage, and troubleshoot a variety of projects inside the platform. This is not a beginner role — you must be confident working independently, solving problems, and executing tasks without constant guidance. You will be responsible for taking project ideas and turning them into fully functional systems inside GoHighLevel. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage funnels, landing pages, and websites inside GoHighLevel Set up and optimize workflows, automations, and CRM pipelines Configure email & SMS campaigns, including A2P compliance when needed Implement appointment booking systems and calendar integrations Troubleshoot and fix issues across funnels, automations, and integrations Connect third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, domains, etc.) Improve existing systems for performance and conversion Follow instructions clearly and deliver projects on time Requirements: Strong, proven experience with GoHighLevel (REQUIRED) Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Experience with: Workflow automation Funnel building CRM setup and pipeline management API/webhook integrations (preferred) High attention to detail and reliability Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Nice to Have: Experience working with marketing agencies Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization Familiarity with Facebook Ads / Google Ads integrations Basic design skills (funnels/pages) How to Apply: Please include the following: Examples of GoHighLevel projects you’ve built (funnels, automations, etc.) A short explanation of how you would troubleshoot a broken workflow Required Video Submission (MANDATORY): Record a 1-minute Loom video introducing yourself and answering the following: Overall, why you are a good fit for the position Your experience with GoHighLevel Types of projects you’ve built How you approach problem-solving inside GHL Applications without this video will not be considered.
