Go High Level Solutions Architect Needed to Build Basketball Camp Management Platform

Project Type: Fixed Price ($2,000–$3,000) We are looking for an experienced Go High Level (LeadConnector) Solutions Architect to design and build a complete Camp Management Platform for our basketball development camps. This is not a marketing funnel project., and is time sensitive. We are looking for someone who excels at designing CRM systems, workflow automations, dashboards, and operational processes inside Go High Level. Our goal is to create a professional, scalable system that manages the entire athlete journey—from registration through post-camp follow-up—while providing a simple experience for parents, coaches, and staff. The public registration page has already been designed and built. This project focuses on building the operational backend and connecting it to our existing registration process. What We're Looking For We need someone who can architect and build a system that includes: Athlete CRM & Profiles Registration integration Parent communication workflows Capacity management by division Waitlist automation Digital athlete check-in Coach assessment workflows Real-time camp dashboard Automated email sequences Mobile-friendly staff experience The platform should be designed so it can be reused for future camps with minimal setup. Important Go High Level should serve as the primary platform; however, we are not looking to force every feature to be built natively. If lightweight custom development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, APIs, Webhooks, Make.com, Zapier, etc.) would create a significantly better user experience, we welcome those recommendations. We're looking for the best long-term solution—not just the quickest implementation.
