Go High Level (GHL) Specialist – Healthcare / DTC Telehealth ClinicAbout UsWe're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth clinic operating in 15+ states, specializing in hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, peptides, and prescription skincare. We're looking for an experienced Go High Level specialist to own our GHL instance and become the backbone of our marketing and sales operations.What You'll DoYou'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our entire Go High Level ecosystem, including:Lead Generation & Appointment Setting. -We are transitioning from zoho to GHL and integrated with a EHR medical system Build and manage lead capture funnels, forms, and landing pages Run A/B tests on landing pages to maximize conversion rates Set up and optimize appointment booking flows for sales consultations SMS & Email Campaign Management Build and manage automated SMS and email drip sequences for lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on lead source, treatment interest, and stage in the patient journey Monitor deliverability, opt-out rates, and campaign performance Sales Rep Support & Lead Management Configure and maintain lead pipelines and opportunity stages Build automations that route, assign, and follow up with leads on behalf of sales reps Create dashboards and reporting for sales activity and pipeline health Product Sales & E-Commerce Support direct-to-consumer product sales flows (prescription skincare and related products) Build checkout and upsell sequences within GHL Integrations & Technical Configuration Integrate GHL with external tools including our EHR system, payment processors, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms Use webhooks, Zapier, and native GHL integrations to connect systems and automate data flow Troubleshoot and maintain integrations as the stack evolves Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing in Go High Level (not just setting up accounts — actually running campaigns and funnels) Experience working with healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or DTC health brands (strongly preferred) Comfortable with HIPAA-sensitive environments and understands the basics of compliant patient communication Strong grasp of direct-response marketing: funnels, landing pages, SMS/email copy, conversion optimization Technical enough to work with webhooks, Zapier, API integrations, and third-party platform connections Self-directed and organized — you don't need to be told what to do next Responsive communicator, comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team
